Mike Bartholomew owner - senior systems engineer
As Founder and President of Peppertree Technology Solutions, Mike brings more than 36 years of experience in the technology industry. During his nearly 15-year career with Washington Mutual (WaMu), he served in a variety of roles including Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, Project Manager, and member of the WaMu Integrations Team.
Since 2009, Mike has continued to expand his expertise while working with leading IT service providers before launching Peppertree Technology Solutions in 2023. His vision was simple: create an IT company that genuinely prioritizes its clients, delivers exceptional service, and builds long-term partnerships.
Ty Steger systems engineer
Ty brings a unique blend of technical expertise, operational experience, and customer service excellence to the Peppertree team. After a successful career in Production Management and operating a sign manufacturing business, he transitioned into IT in 2017 and quickly discovered a passion for technology and client support.
By day, Ty serves as a dedicated technician focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences. By night, he's a technology enthusiast who enjoys exploring the latest hardware, software, and emerging trends in the IT world.

Andy Martinez Virtual Chief information officer (vCIO)
Andy brings more than 15 years of experience in IT service delivery and strategic technology leadership. Beginning his career as an engineer, he developed deep expertise in infrastructure, systems administration, and troubleshooting, which continues to influence his practical and solutions-focused approach today.
